SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Deliveries are currently made within Germany only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Our products contain alcohol and may only be delivered to persons who are at least 18 years of age. Age verification may be required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot prove that they are at least 18 years old, delivery may be refused.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge. Additional shipping options, such as express delivery, may be available at an additional cost and will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
All prices include statutory VAT.
DELIVERY TIMES
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description or selected shipping option, standard delivery within Germany usually takes place within 4–8 business days after conclusion of the contract, or after receipt of payment in case of advance payment.
Express delivery, where available, usually takes place within 1–2 business days after conclusion of the contract, or after receipt of payment in case of advance payment. The applicable costs and estimated delivery times for express delivery will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will usually ship all products together in one parcel, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest stated delivery period.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, age verification issues, incorrect delivery information, public holidays, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
For pre-order items, delivery times may differ from our standard shipping terms. Estimated dispatch or release dates are stated on the respective product page.
Please note that indicated time frames for pre-order items are estimates and may vary due to production, personalization, packaging, supplier or logistics circumstances.
PAYMENT METHODS
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout before you place your order. Depending on availability, these may include bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and other payment options offered through our payment providers.
If payment is made by credit card or another instant payment method, your account may be charged immediately upon conclusion of the contract. In case of advance payment, dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.
